In a structured, on-site review, we look at every part of your business through a profitability lens: your coffee quality and consistency, your operations and waste, your team's confidence and knowledge, and your marketing and customer retention. We score each area, identify your biggest leaks, and give you a prioritised action plan — ranked by impact, not complexity.

Just need personalised barista training for your staff?
We’ll build the two things we believe every café needs most: consistency and confidence. Through hands-on coaching on your own equipment, your team learns how to dial in espresso, texture milk correctly, and follow reliable workflows that deliver the same great coffee, every time.
This training strengthens individual skills, boosts team confidence, and creates a dependable, repeatable standard across your coffee offer.
